Rail services in and out of London Euston station have been suspended.
The disruption is due to emergency services dealing with an incident between Watford Junction and Bushey.
Disruption is expected to last until 10:00 BST.
Tickets on Avanti West Coast and London Northwestern can be used on any other operators.
