The recently released NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER GPU has been nearly impossible to find at MSRP. However, right now we found a PNY GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16GB Verto OC video card on Amazon for $999.99. The shipping date has already been delayed out to March so we expect it to sell out very soon. The RTX 4080 SUPER is currently not available at MSRP anywhere else, including Best Buy and NVIDIA direct.

It’s not a surprise that the RTX 4080 SUPER is so popular. At MSRP, it’s $200 less expensive than the RTX 4080 it replaces while also being 5%-10% faster in performance. It still has a long way to go to compete with the $1500 RTX 4080 GPU, but this card gives you more than enough horsepower to handle any game in 4K. Check out our RTX 4080 SUPER review for benchmarks and a deeper dive into its upgrades over the RTX 4080, but sufficed to say, the main reason to get this GPU over the 4080 is the price drop. Paying higher than MSRP negates most of the advantage.
