Pupils rushed out of school after ‘threat’ made – urgent warning issued

A school in Warwickshire has been evacuated following a “threat”, police have said. The incident is unfolding at Myton School, with all students being instructed to vacate the premises.

And now Myton Road has been shut down. Residents are being advised to steer clear of the area while officers remain on site.

Parents of pupils attending the secondary school and sixth form college have received a special request. Police have confirmed that all students are ‘out of the building and safe’ and are urging parents not to approach the school.

The specifics of the ‘threat made to the school’ have yet to be disclosed. CoventryLive has reached out to Warwickshire Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service for further information, reports Coventry Live.
